The Loan Process is relatively simple. Here is our 4 -step loan process.


Pre-Qualify - At PLG, we offer a FREE pre-qualification that is completed by phone. It can be done in a matter of minutes! You are under no obligation to use PLG once pre-qualified.

Strategize - After pre-qualification, Petra Lending Group will provide you scenarios and options to consider, allowing you to choose the loan program that aligns with your goals and needs. Our consultative approach to financing is what separates us in the marketplace. We will run some “what-ifs” and determine your rate and monthly payments.

Loan Application - Once the strategy is set, we will mail or email the loan application and documentation checklist to you. Make sure that all information is correct and up-to-date for quicker processing.

Loan Closing - The closing is your last step. Here you will verify and sign all documents associated with the loan. This is where you would also pay any down payments or closing costs required. We have the ability to close loans within 5 days!
